Hotel Centrale has always been at the heart of our family
It all began in the late 1970s, when our grandfather purchased this historic property in the centre of Alleghe, nestled among the spectacular Dolomites. It was a forward-thinking decision: between 1978 and 1979, just as talk of building the ski lifts began, our family chose to completely renovate the hotel, already envisioning the future of Alleghe as a premier tourist destination with a traditional twist. Since then, the hotel has grown with us, always staying true to its authentic soul.
Today, our family works side by side – Siblings, Alex and Sofia, our father Loris and our mother Teresa - with the support of a wonderfully dedicated team, who have the important task of managing our popular restaurant.
From the first contact during the booking to the moment you leave, we take care of every detail, offering the warm, genuine hospitality that defines us and makes every guest feel at home.

We offer genuine, personalised advice to help our guests enjoy an authentic experience: in summer, we happily offer our expertise for local hikes and mountain excursions, and in winter, we will give you our inside information about the best ski slopes and the most breathtaking spots.

Nestled at 1,000 meters above sea level, on the shores of its namesake lake and at the foot of the towering Mount Civetta , Alleghe is a true gem of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
